It's hard to imagine tastier home cooked food than the mouth watering meals served at the Bar M Ranch House. There's plenty to go around, no matter how hearty your appetite, at each of the three family style meals we prepare daily.Start off the day with a steaming cup of our locally roasted and ground coffee, then sit down to a hearty ranch style breakfast. Eggs are always present whether fried, scrambled, omelet, poached or Scottish style (hard boiled then encased in sausage, rolled in bread crumbs and then fried, served on a bed of crispy hash browns with Hollandaise Sauce over them). A selection of Potatoes is served in some form. Sour Dough Toast, Biscuits, and muffins are always available as is a fresh fruit salad. We have an assortment of jellies / jams - including our own home grown Raspberries.
Lunch is always diversified. We love making soups - clam chowder, beef barley, split pea, just to mention a few. The Sandwich bar with freshly sliced meats is always a favorite. We offer chips & salsa (freshly made with mangos). Our homemade applesauce is very popular. Mexican Fiesta seems to always land on a Tuesday for example Chili Releano (stuffed pebalano peppers with cream cheese / Monterey Jack, then fried.)
Our dinner meats are varied, Pork Chops, Spare Ribs, Beef Ribs done with a dry rub, Prime Rib, T-Bone Steaks with a Pendleton Whiskey sauce, are all served with seasonal vegetables and fresh herbs from our garden. Mashed potatoes, cut with a sweat potato, onions and Parmesan cheese are a favorite. Deserts are always made fresh daily. Pies or Cobblers - Raspberry, Apple, Peach, Pear and Custard or a delicious selection of Cakes - chocolate, yellow or white.
All your taste buds are sure to be satisfied. You'll be eagerly anticipating the ring of the meal bell! For between meal treats, check out our popular bottomless cookie jar. Special dietary needs are gladly accommodated.
